Colorado-based artist Julia Cameron Damon unleashes the essence of skin color through her practice of art.

“Art is my waking passion and focus and a way for me to connect with and celebrate the people in my life,” Julia says in the December 2009 edition of KISSFIST magazine. “I love doing portraits, murals, costumes, sets, any kind of painting and my most recent focus has been the body and face as canvas.”
